Profhilo is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment used to improve skin hydration and the appearance of skin quality. It is not a dermal filler and is not intended to create facial volume or change facial shape.

Treatment is commonly considered for skin that appears dull, dry or crepey, including the face and neck. A full protocol usually consists of two sessions spaced around four weeks apart, followed by maintenance according to individual need.

What to expect

Small amounts are placed at specific points in the treatment area. Temporary raised bumps, redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur at the injection sites. Dr Sam will assess your suitability and explain the expected benefits, limitations, risks and aftercare before treatment.
